This place is a TRAIN WRECK. Amazing that it exists. Terrible customer service, long wait times, rude employees. Can't get anything accomplished. Still trying to get a refund for an approved claim (the claim took 7 months to get approved and Ive been waiting for my refund for 3 months). I've probably had to call 20 times at least to get things fixed that were billed incorrectly, etc. Always told the wrong thing. None of the employees seem to know what is going on. Never waited on hold less than 30 minutes, and have spent 3 hours on the phone more than once. Numerous providers listed on their provider page are not actual providers leading to "out of network" charges. Whole place is seriously a disaster. The worst encounter Ive ever had with an insurance provider, which is saying something.
