Very poor customer service. Finance manager Cheik won t explain to you what you are signing. You are on your own. Please read every single detail on your contract before signing it. They are adding extra options like theft deterrent device for $799 without letting you know. Finance manager Cheik promised to call me to see if we can fix it or not. I have not heard anything from Cheik. So I guess it s not fixable. But at least call me as promised and let me know...I will not recommend this dealership to friends and family in LA area.
