We have used m22 since moving to the area, as it was the only internet option available.

Aside from a few months of reasonable service, we have had nothing but problems. Network latentcy is often horrendous, with ping times often exceeding 1-2 seconds. Network is frequently unavailble, unresolvable dns, or just generally unavailable.

Customer support is non existent. Techs do not show up. They do rarely, if ever, answer the phone. Outage reports go unanswered. Expect response times in excess of a month, if you need any assistance.

This is a company that lives off of their status as being the only option available. They do not care about their customers or the level of service they provide.
