I will start this review by saying we did not stay...

I will start this review by saying we did not stay here.
I called to ask some questions regarding several rooms listed on their website. The woman on the other end told me the room I was looking at was gross, and she only recommended their most expensive room.
When I told her it was out of our price range, she let out an exclamation of displeasure.
I wished her a merry Christmas and was told "I don't celebrate THAT. I celebrate Kwanzaa!"
