I have never seen such poor service we have had this contract with this company for a while and the issues got so bad with the company that direct 365 use that i had no option but to cancel my contract all together the company on a while had great potential but their contractor that they use are beyond useless we didn't have out bins collected in more then 4 months!! i felt for the people who work there as they did try help me as much as they could but the contractors they work with were ridiculously unresponsive! which made use cancell and leave this company. They would alwyas send use debt recovery letter but no one used to help with getting the bins sorted which is what we was paying for in the beginning!
