Quite bad service with boss who is very unprofessional. The boss Jacob Miller has been very difficult to work with. He had our groom trust in a contract during COVID which had several improvements to it later on. The biggest concern, essentially not allowing the wedding to have any DANCING at all, just a week or so before the wedding. You can totally open a WEDDING venue with dinner and dance as it is a WEDDING. Jacob Miller not only interrupted the party and insulted all guests, some of whom flew in and were in quarantine just to attend this wedding. But without interruptions he made sure the guests didn't enjoy a single minute. He postponed the dinner for 2 Entire HOURS (In the parking lot) only to keep the guests from going back to the ballroom.
