Don't waste your time to even dial the phone number to call this "reputable" law firm. I was a client of theirs and it is all a scam, they are money hungry. It is impossible to get updates and I very rarely got a phone call back, always given false hope and lies. The staff is rude and they don't return calls. Take your time, do your research and don't listen to people or reviews that say that this is one of the best firms in Ottawa. Unbelievable.
