Jeff Callies was extremely helpful and knew his cars. He spent way more time than I expected making sure I understood the car's systems and operation. He took time during his day off to deliver the car to me. His excellence in customer service included getting me an excellent price, making sure the car was fully operational, and showing me the ins and outs of an extremely deep software system installed in this specific car.
