I recently purchased a hookah setup that was supposed to elevate my experience, but I encountered several issues. The quality of the materials seemed below par, and it wasn’t as easy to assemble as I expected. 😕 Communication with customer service was less than ideal. responses were slow, making me feel a bit left in the dark. The flavors I tried didn’t deliver the richness I anticipated, which was disappointing. I had hoped for a smoother experience overall. Just not what I was looking for. 🚫
