Service dept is pleasant. Sales are a hassle to deal with. Simply their prices are outrageous. Our family bought 3 Honda and their lowest bottom price is $1500+$2000 higher than the advertised price from another local dealer. The competitors price has dealers fee included and GPH wants to charge an additional $600. When I mentioned it, they simply responded that "here we provide you with personalized service to meet your needs". He meant giving me a water then charging me $2k more for a car. Not going to work in this age and time with internet that people can shop for the best deal.
