I was in a car accident with an uninsured motorist. I did not think that I needed legal representation because I had an uninsured motorist policy that I thought would cover my medical expenses entirely.
At the end when it was time to settle with my insurance company they started reneging on what they were going to pay for the medical bills and my settlement.
Although I decided not to have legal representation in the end, after meeting with Edwin and discussing my situation, I was able to walk away with the tools I needed to negotiate a successful settlement on my own.
Thank You Kuzyk Law for setting me straight on the very twisted path of insurance negotiations. It was very satisfying to successfully settle my case.
