We have been using them for about a year. I was not in charge of this account with our company until recently. As I looked into it, it made since why our office space has always been so dirty. Theses people do not clean. I think they come in, vacuum, and take out the trash. Our bathrooms are so gross. The tile floors have probably never been touched, they are grimy and dark. Soap dispensers have goop and rust all over them. Break room tile, same as bathroom. Dirt accumulates in corners, dust accumulates in several places, tops of furniture, baseboards, etc.
Did I mention we have gone through TWO JanPro cleaning crews. We requested a new one after we noticed nothing was being cleaned properly. And the new crew? Just as bad.
As for JanPro and Customer Service? Nonexistent. I have Twice emailed photos of our nasty office the Day After a cleaning - requesting a repeat/free/makeup clean. JanPro told me "No" and instead offered "You only have a few months left on your contract, so there are only a few more cleans to get through" - wow.
We also had a "Special" done one time. A deep carpet cleaning that cost the same as 1-month of cleans. I did not see the results. I went to JanPro and they are demanding money for the carpet cleaning - even through I have thoroughly expressed my dissatisfaction with it. No offer to redo or make it up in another way.
So the cleanings have been bad. I recently asked for the cleanings to take place during work hours so that I could SEE what is going on. JanPro's response? "That will be a 20% increase in price"
This company is ridiculous.
Cathy Smith can not manage her cleaning crews and has no clue what customer service is.
Please stay away from JanPro.
