I thought they were supplying a service for hardware. Never on time to take orders, was told by the salesman he would be back in ten days, have not laid eyes on him in a month. Orders are constantly wrong, and stocking us with items we do not need. The independent we used prior to this company could have showed them some things about service. I think I am being generous with two stars.
