Customer service was good but the check out was so confusing...

WORST TRIP I EVER HAD!!!
WORST NEW YEAR EVE!!!

Global tours & travel send us to a HORRIBLE hotel in Thailand for New year eve. It was run down Hilton with horrible smell in the room and no electricity and AC. When I woke up in the morning ( since I could not see bed in the dark room) to find the bed I slept with URINE STAIN sheets. I could not believe that Global tours & and travel charged us more than $700 per night at this hotel. When I come back from my nightmare trip and asked for compensation agent Tonya who is also the daughter of the owner of Global tours was very RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL and did not do anything to help me.

My friends had a bad experience with travel agency:((

I had to book a trip during this pandemic for my family and I and they did everything to find the best deal at Christmas time . Customer service was great they accommodate the change I made after booking and keep me informed until the day of the trip about travel ban etc in the country . Will book again .

I don't even want to give one star! After you paid the tickets, they have really bad customer service! Don't book tickets here.

I have used them twice to book travel to Alaska. 2012, 2015, both times service was professional and the rates were better than I could get on the internet.
