The waitstaff nimbly handled our 20+ member group with prompt service. At least one of the drinks we ordered never came. The food was bad, even by Hard Rock Cafe standards. Pictured is the mixed appy platter and pretty much everything was room temperature, stale and right out of a bag. I don't know why you would really ever go to a Hard Rock Cafe, but if you're looking for even a basic meal it should be one of your last picks.
