I give 1 star, but doesn't even deserve that. Horrible customer service. Staff were laughing, on their phones, taking long breaks (up to 1 hour) while the store was full of people waiting to be helped. It was on saturday october 13. My battery had died. We got to the store at 6:30 pm and left at 9pm. The guy at the repair desk told us at first he didn't have the battery I needed for my phone and said I should return IN 3 OR 4 days. I couldnt wait that long without a phone, so I decided to upgrade. After 2 hour waiting to be helped, I asked a different person and he said he did have the battery right there but couldn't help me because it was 8:30 pm already. It wasn't until after I complained outloud telling him I had been waiting for two hours already to have my phone upgraded because my phone had died and I couldn't wait 3 days (which was what he told me because he supposedly didnt have the battery) without a phone, then he (reluctantly) said he will replace it right away. He finally did. Many customers in the store complaining for such poor customer service, at times disrespectful with attitudes from staff. Many customers left without being helped.I did not see a supervisor present. I hope I dont have to return to this store in the future!
