My mother called about a month ago and asked if we could make reservations for 11 or 12 people for a Sunday in January..( I cannot remember the date but this was a week in advance) She was told that she could make that reservation but to go onto the Yelp website the day before we would be there to confirm our reservation. Something was wrong with the Yelp website so she called Milwaukee Burger Company, directly (Hudson, WI.)telling them that Yelp was down but she still needed reservations for 12. Whomever she spoke with confirmed she still had a reservation for 12. Upon arrival, we were told they don't take reservations and it would be an hour wait. Unacceptable. We asked to talk to the manager and he said they don't take reservations until you get there. Hmmmmm, makes ZERO sense. The manager did not apologize for the confusion or ask how he could make this up to us. Very unacceptable as we were told we had reservations. The 12 of us ended up leaving. They lost out on a lot of money. This is the second time I've had a terrible experience at this place. I have reached out to corporate. No way to run a business. I will NEVER be back nor will anyone that was in our party.
