I have been coming here since January for pedicure...

I have been coming here since January for pedicures and seeing the same manicurist. This month I learned she no longer worked there and I was given someone new. When I arrived, I learned the schedule had been changed and I was now with a completely different person. This person was 10 minutes late for our appointment. She could have been running behind, which was fine, but the front desk should have informed me of this. I found it odd that all the foot tubs were prefilled, this had not happened the other times I was there. The water was Luke-warm at best. The service was fair though the manicurist was pleasant. My main complaint is how short my nails were cut. It is extreme to the point they actually hurt today. I will not return here. I had an appointment for a facial and have canceled this as well. This experience has soured me on the entire place.
