This place is horrible and very over priced. When it first opened it was a great place. However, since that day it has not upgraded anything. In addition, I have been trying to speak with somebody regarding a personal and confidential issue for the past 4 days. I have been told multiple times by different managers that nobody in charge was available until next week but until then I could to speak with Kelly who is apparently the manager of operations. I finally get in touch with her this morning (after I called her yet again). During the entire conversation she was rude, laughed at me and told me that I called simply because I wanted to argue. Kelly then told me that I had been on speakerphone so other coworkers could hear my private conversation regarding the confidential matter. The conversation ended with her refusing to give me her last name, the name of the coworker listening and Kelly hanging up on me.

Sounds like a great place to go!
