Uncomfortable to move from one part of the campsit...

Uncomfortable to move from one part of the campsite to another. Some services were closed due to the low turnout, I was notified only upon arrival ... the only bar open in my part of the campsite worked from 11.00 (not the fault of the very kind managers who gave me anyway breakfast a little earlier).
Arriving at the cottage there were no linens or towels and courtesy set (from the site there had to be) I requested them, I was given only the linen after I went to the reception in person ... too bad they were missing towels and toiletries ... asked again and never received.
There would have been a good home catering service, but unfortunately the internet connection is poor and sometimes absent outside the pool and services so I could not use it.
Controls completely absent at the various gates of the campsite which is very large ... anyone could enter.
In the pool the regulation is not respected but I realize that with so many people (perhaps too many given the Covid restrictions?) It is not easy and the rescue workers, always present even in two per pool, do everything possible despite the guests foreigners who seem to be allergic to all kinds of rules regarding bathing.
Positive note, the staff are very nice.
