The quality of care I received was not high enough...
The quality of care I received was not high enough to put up with the struggle the billing department has. The billing department struggled with communication between each other and with me. They continuously billed my old insurance and eventually I just paid the bill myself and submitted it personally to my insurance to get reimbursed. For almost 6 months I kept receiving the same bill in the mail and would call every time to try to clear things up. Each time I called I had basically the exact same conversation and nothing was ever resolved.
