Great gym with great trainers. I have been going to Habitual for over a year, and my family has been going here for even longer, and I have only had a positive experience. Trainers and staff are very friendly and they make it easy to reach out to them with any questions/concerns, without judgement. The staff is very supportive as well; they try their best to push you to come to the gym and get active, right from when you sign up. They re also very mindful of others comfort, as they don t up-sell their services like some of the other franchise gyms tend to do; they work within your comfort zone and what you actually need out of the gym, whether it is personal training, coaching, or classes.
