Had my power turned off during a global epidemic b...

Had my power turned off during a global epidemic because my bill payment was 14 days late...

Sad thing is I didn't even know my payment hadn't gone through. Instead of them trying to notify me they decided to shut my power off without warning.

I thought it was just another random outage... (which happens more frequently than it should)
