I have been working for about 2 years with Bill Russell to manage a property I have in Port Charlotte, and he is by far the best property manager I ever worked with! He knows the area, and gives outstanding advice and guidance regarding pricing the property correctly, desirable repairs that will generate the best return, and even choosing the right vendors to perform the best work at the right price... I would recommend Bill and ERA in a NY minute! My experience as a landlord in Pt Charlotte would not even be close to the pleasure it is if it wasn't for Bill.
