$40 to valet park, no alternative options. That was a nice surprise upon arrival.

First room had an exterior door that would not secure without putting my entire weight on the door every single time. They finally switched me to a different room which also had mechanical issues. The window did not seal properly and with it being up on one of the top floors, I was subjected to the wind whistling through the window seal the /entire/ night. This has clearly been a longstanding issue, as there is old tape residue on the window frame.

In addition, the HVAC doesn't ever balance out because the thermostat is directly beneath a vent, causing huge temperature swings across an otherwise small and uncomplicated suite.

Have some respect for your business..... If the staff don't, how can you expect other people to?
