Loews Miami Beach one of the best hotels experience I ever had. I stayed with Loews summer 2017, and I came back summer 2018, they really improved on everything. Mr. Brad from the reservation department helped with my reservation, he is one of the best, friendly, polite, and gave me many good advice for my reservation. The guys who working beside the entrance, always welcoming us with a smile and friendly chat and telling us a short broadcast about the weather which I liked. The front desk really changed from last year, now they become faster, more professional. The most amazing thing about Loews is the service they provide on the pool and the beach and the security as well. The room is amazing, clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed every moment with Loews, I am glad to have a membership with them. The best choice of hotels on the south beach. Highly recommend.
