I have made several phone calls and sent 3 emails ...

I have made several phone calls and sent 3 emails with a questions to Titan. It has been two weeks and not one single response by phone or email. I don t understand this customer service.If I knew customer service was this poor, I would have never ever Purchased this solar system through Titan. I have major regrets already...........very unhappy customer here

UPDATE Tuesday Jan 21st
Samantha with Titan contacted me with my concerns. She addressed all my issues and set up a service call. Tech found I had a defective part and scheduled a return trip for Thursday to do the repair. I hope that will fix it. Samantha has been wonderful and has kept in close contact with me. Because of Samantha I have now given 5 star review
