Absolutely love this place!!! I had went in originally to get a recall fixed on my car at the time I had a 2012 Chevy Cruze that I had gotten from insta credit Automart in Arnold. I had only had this car for about 2 months, while only having this car for such a short time I had issues with the car, it got so bad that when driving I kept looking down at the temperature gauge. So while I was at Jim butler and they were fixing the recall on my vehicle I decided to see if there was a way to get out of that car and into something much better, that was when I met my awesome car salesman Todd Knickman! Let me just say that this guy is amazing, he was totally understanding and wanted to help me get out of my old car that I was basically scared to drive and into a brand new 2017 Chevy Cruze. After having such a bad experience at insta credit, he turned the experience I had with him into an awesome one! I got into the fresh start program that they have there, and was able to get a brand new car! I absolutely without a doubt love my new car and would recommend Todd and all of Jim Butler Chevrolet to anyone! Thank you thank you thank you for making this car buying experience one I won t forget and I ll definitely be coming back to Jim Butler for any future cars I may wanna get.
