I had a service call to fix a small leak in a water softener. Fast, friendly, and professional service. Very low pressure. The tech explained all options and was not pushy. The reason I don't give 5 stars is because they stated that I needed to replace the entire valve assembly. After making a call to the manufacturer, I discovered that I could simply replace a single piece of the assembly. Their repair quote was approximately $600 (if I remember correctly). However, I was able to order the replacement part and DIY for just under $100. I would not hesitate to contact them in the future, but I felt their rates were somewhat high.
