Horrific service. This company still operates in the 1950's when client relationships did not matter at all. From sales, to operations and after-sales, we had a bad experience with all levels and parties in the supply chain complained equally about Cosmos's service.

If you use Hamburg Sud as your carrier then you are forced to work with Cosmos. For us enough reason not to work with HSud again.

Never again.
