Customer service guy calls me back, doesn't say h...

Customer service guy calls me back, doesn't say he's from parkwhiz and was not helpful when it came to trying to find monthly parking. Saying monthly parking is not available could mean either there are no current spots available at this time OR that parking garage does not do monthly parking ever. He didn't descriminate between the two even when I asked multiple times and he got upset with me for asking him the difference. Terrible customer service.
