I recently hired Desert West Cooling And Htg INC to replace my old heating system. The technicians were friendly and professional, but I experienced some issues with the installation process. They were able to resolve them, but it was a bit of a hassle. The new system works fine now, but I expected a smoother installation. Overall, it was an average experience.
