Very over priced for what you get. For an outdoor event next to the lake, you would have thought they were well equipped for the weather. There was a lack of outdoor heaters (which ran out of gas), 1 very small food tent to cover and warm up everyone eating at the same time as you, long line ups for the the very few attractions that they have, an over priced $5 small hot chocolate. But out of the whole experience my kids enjoyed the skating part of it. I don t think I needed to spend $100 for that.

In addition to that, my husband had to take my daughter to the hospital, it s not a normal circumstance someone would not show up to an event. so they couldn t attend, the members of staff at the entrance said if I send an email to the email address on the website, they can refund the unused ticket. However the responses I got were the tickets were not refundable but they can change the date of the unused ticket. Which doesn t make sense since I would have to purchase more tickets in order to use my 1 unused ticket. Excellent customer service #sarcasm.
