The location of the hotel is great and it is quite nice. When we got to the room the toilet paper holder was laying on the toilet tank and something had been spilled on the door. When I got in the shower there was leftover soap from the previous guest.

There was a card a card left in the room with a number to text housekeeping. The next morning we texted and received an immediate response that it would be taken care of. When we returned that evening it hadn't been so we texted again. Again they said they'd take care of it and when we returned the following evening they'd fixed the toilet paper but the other items hadn't been.

This might not seem like a big deal but with the most expensive night of the stay costing over $400, I expected better.
