back in late August/ early September my family evacuated from Corpus Christi during Hurricane Harvey. We traveled to the Dallas/ Plano area. on our trip our navigation took us on some tolls roads. While the other company we received a bill from was happy to inform us of how to have our account cleared (per the statement from Gov. Abbott's office) NTTA refused to waive the fees, stating that they only had to do this for Harris County, which as confirmed with a call to the Governor's office was to be for the entire state as it is based on where you live not where you traveled.
Terrible customer service and failure to comply with State mandated orders makes them a company I hope I never have to deal with again.
