Really bad experience at crystal tower. I saw cockroaches every week and everywhere(in kitchen, in bathroom even in the lobby). The leasing office was rude and incapable, they lost my document but saying I didn t submit it, they even wanted to charge me for penalty. By the way, if you want to receive any reply from them by email, you should wait for a really long time. The only star is for friendly staffs at the reception.
