We have had a positive experience with Norwood. We purchased a new home in Augusta 2014 and a few months later began our search for furniture. We found a dining room set, hutch and entertainment center.

The dining room set had a slight problem with the leg that they brought to our attention upon delivery and ordered a new leg.

The entertainment center coloring was off and the tech came and matched the stain and it looks great.

We have had nothing but positive results from Norwood and John Hoke was our sales person and he is totally awesome.
