Poor customer service and I was charged twice for ...

Poor customer service and I was charged twice for an extended two day stay. It took about a month to get the problem resolved, also I had to drive 2hrs to get ahold of someone to get a refund and when I got to their office I was told I was wrong and had no proof. I do not recommend this place. It was a nightmare! HORRIBLE!!
