We were desperate for COMPETENT assistance with an old boiler, having had two firms look at it who sent people who were worthless. Then I called Kay at The Cooler Company who sent out, Josh, a first rate technician who is a real expert in HVAC technology, and a nice person to boot. He went over the entire system and patiently explained to me how the system works and his diagnosis of the problems. He took the time to do a detailed analysis of the system performance and got it working again, along with some suggestions fro improving the system performance in the future.
