I wont ever bash any one person for having a higher review than mine, as everyone's experience was probably different.

I purchased a vehicle from the dealership Dec 2018. The complete process was terrible, our salesman (who will remain nameless) was ALL over the place. The back and forth was god awful, as I laid out a competitors pricing, and the salesman said not only could they match it, they would beat it by $500. That was a joke! The pricing he quoted us, was not being honored AFTER they pulled my credit and I advised them we had a deal. I was obviously upset, so much so, the GM had to come down and visit with us. We ultimately got the car, but beware of the back & forth plus the sneaky bait and switch sales practices.

Some will ask why you didn't go to another dealer?? We wanted a Hybrid and this was the only dealership remotely close to us that had anything worth looking at. Some will ask about the other dealership deal??? Yes! We had one, but the car was not the trim level we wanted nor color.

To continue, the car detail process was rushed. I had tons of glue on my paint, and the interior wasn't really cleaned. I still have tons of scratches and swirl marks on my paint, due to terrible detailing work. I will have to invest for a paint correction/restoration, as I do not want to be fined when the car is returned. I really wish the dealership would take care of this, as the salesman mentioned it would.

To continue, the tint has started to peel off on three windows. I have made many attempts to meet with the dealer rep to replace my tint. She wants me to come in during the working week to accommodate her schedule. I asked if anything can be done on the weekends, and we keep getting dates cancelled due to cold, or time, etc... and she hasn't called me back for ANY follow up.

To continue, I asked our salesman to mail the plates to our house, as we do not want to visit this dealership unless we ultimately have too. Since I am 8 days from my plates expiring, I just called to follow up. The phone rang and rang and finally someone in sales answered. Explained my story and I was transferred to the receptionist. The phone rang and rang, and someone else in sales answered. Transferred me somewhere else. By this time I was transferred four times with no solution. Jumped on the website and started a chat. After the chat I had faith that the person I was speaking with would understand, and get me in touch with someone to assist. Took down my number and said someone would call. Wouldn't you know, a salesman called looking to sell me a car!!!! Like what the actual... I cannot for the life of me understand how this massive dealership is rated #1 in Texas, treats people this way.

One positive was the gentleman we worked with to sign all our paperwork. He was extremely pleasant.

I WOULD NOT recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase/lease a vehicle in the state of Texas. If no other dealers have what you're looking for, go out of state!
