Scott was great! He was personable and genuinely cared about my situation and listened. He was the one that made me feel like more than a transaction and not just a box checked off on to robotically follow up. Nice guy! Need about 10 more people like him. Customers want to feel at ease and I truly appreciated his transparency during the process.
