This place is worth a stop for the following reasons:

1. Historic: Nationally registered hotel landmark with really cool flat iron history.
2. Location: Centrally located to everything in/near the Gov't district and parks of Boston.
3. Rates: very reasonable weekday rates for business and leisure travelers.

Some detracting features include: rooms have some noticeably aging aspects, bathroom is old, many of the views are drab as they look into the interior of the courtyard.
