Additional Update - 1st Nov update: I've received another call from back-office, They have reviewed the all case as well as my first appeal and the have decided to cancel the PCN. I believe there were several issues on the admin side, possible due to covid, which made the overall process a bit longer. Despite that I would like to thanks Tatiana who kindly pro-actively looked at the case and solve it. Overall experience was ok.

Small update: on date 26 Oct, after having seeing this comment. They went back by mail, they have attached a pdf claiming that they sent out a appeal rejection months ago, but we no proof of evidence that it was actually sent out. Unfortunately as i didn't received this letter i couldn't appeal though POPLA.

Received a total unfair fine. Appealed on-line. They never got back to me and now after more than 2 months I've received a reminder before legal action with an increased fine. The only option in the web-site is to re-appeal. Doing this the system will says re-appeal, suggesting that the previous one was rejected (as per other comments below). So I'm not going to do that. PCN 77419139023, if you want to double check. For me the subject is over. I will suggest everyone in the same situation to avoid to re-appeal and in case escalate try to escalate to POPLA.
