My name is Cynthia Jennette and I had appointment with Tim today to test drive my Cadillac coupe requarding a concern I had. He introduced me to the mechanic and Iam sorry I don't remember his name but very nice and diagnosed my concern with my Cadillac and unexpectedly it was nice to hear I just needed an alignment. The most friendly and professional business I have been involved with in a long time. I can't thank them enough and also a very nice receptionist on the front show floor assisted me as well.
