On Sunday afternoon, I went to Autobahn Motors to get assistance with my Bluetooth connection. The last time I was there, during the week, the service attendants were not attentive and it seemed like they were drawing straws to see who would help me. Well, today I was assisted by JT Simbirdi who restored my faith in the service expectations one would expect from Mercedes Benz. JT was friendly, engaging, patient and knows the Mercedes brand. He is also a great teacher as he showed me the technology, or rather how to use the technology that was at my fingertips all along. I appreciate his professionalism and time today. JT...thank you.
