Rude people on the phone. They also have me false information and I filled out an application only to be denied four months later. I called asking why it was taking so long and they finally processed my paperwork only to deny me and tell me it was the wrong application. The information the original rude lady gave me was FALSE! Also they are extremely RUDE!
