I bought a Workcycles FR8 from Dutch Cargo Bikes in December 2014 - since the vast majority of Australian bicycle shops ignore utility cycling and focus on sport only.
Firstly Emmy was very helpful on the phone with information. I decided to buy the bicycle and she gave me many prompt updates on the arrival date (Shipped from Amsterdam). I received the bicycle in an enormous box (very exciting!) and I was riding it the next day. There was a minor issue with the seatpost clamp. Emmy went straight to the manufacturer who shipped out an upgraded part to fix the problem. The bicycle I bought is bulletproof it s going to last 50 years or more! There aren t many Workcycles in Brisbane yet (hopefully more will follow!) and I have offered for Emmy to send local customers my way for test rides on my bicycle if they want to try it!
