Working for this company has been an interesting experience. While there are some areas that need improvement, I appreciate the efforts made by Crewlink Ireland Limited in ensuring a positive work environment. The training provided is good and has helped me grow professionally. The only downside is the lack of communication at times, which can be frustrating. Overall, it's a decent company to work for.
