1. Non- Bed ridden patients are forced to sit upright in chairs for hours at a time while being attended by medical professionals. Sheets and pillows seem difficult to find by workers.

2.After being admitted, beds are scarce. It was learned that it is not uncommon to spend 30hours in the emergency room waiting for a bed.

3. The patient bathrooms in emergency are not regularly attended and smell heavily of urine. They lack hand towels and soap.

Overall, the customer service provided was found to be unexpectedly poor despite the hospitals reputation and medical accolades. The emergency room resembles that of a 3rd World Country. If you are a walking prospective emergency patient, go somewhere else for your own well being.
