Just called to ask if I can get a new certificate ...

Just called to ask if I can get a new certificate sent because an error has crept in because 2 certificates have the same part. It has been years ago that I followed the Webmaster course (2010) but I never needed it and because I am now offered a new job my employer wants to see my partial certificates and diploma WMA. So I called Dirksen (I can just call and ask this question, or not ???) But to my surprise I got an impatient and disinterested lady (Irma) on the line who did not let me finish and said that she was rather embarrassed I thought it was strange that I only called after 10 years and was sighing when I was looking for my diplomas, because I had just stored them. She advised me to hand over the Webmaster diploma to my employer, while I want to be able to show the partial certificates to my employer. I felt I couldn't explain this to her and she doesn't want to do anything for me. So now I have 2 partial certificates internet programming, while one of them must be internet technology. I immediately regretted calling Dirksen and felt like a very stupid piece of beef. Would have expected a little more compassion. Even though the Webmaster training at Dirksen no longer exists and they cannot send a certificate, I would have expected my question to be treated seriously, but no, so wrongly thought. This conversation seemed to me as if a little school boy in the school desks make a huge mistake, confesses to the teacher and as a thank you gets a firm tap on the fingers with a ruler. Immediately hung up and I never call them ever! And if I ever decide to take a new course, I will NOT take it with Dirksen. Too bad, because I always thought we had a good relationship and Dirksen was always at the top of my technical training courses. Can you see what 1 phone call can do. Immediately healed ..
